Feeling uninspired by never-ending vinyasas, stale pilates sequences, and soul-draining Top 40 playlists, it was time to create a new way to move.

From a small city in the heart of Greece, I moved right into the cold-blooded culture of LA’s music industry. Movement and meditation became the remedy for my sedentary lifestyle and absent work-life balance. After a low back injury during an “acrobatics-meets-yoga” class, I decided it was time to learn more about anatomy, biomechanics and the connection between body and mind. I left the music industry to explore the principles of movement and mindfulness, and reconnect to the culture and traditions of my homeland.

Craving more freedom and balance in my own movement practice, I started weaving together elements from all my favorite modalities. The Movement Remix was born out of necessity. A need to change the way we think about exercise, restore healthy movement patterns and reunite body and mind. My classes blend elements from Pilates, Yoga, and Meditation, through creative sequencing, conscious, intentional movement, a neat soundtrack and a laid-back attitude.

Celia has over 8 years of experience working with world-renowned athletes, celebrities, hotels and consumer brands like Novak Djokovic, Emmy Rossum, Jordyn Woods, Amanyara Resort, Ace Hotel, Neuehouse, and Acqua Panna. With more than 2000 hours of trainings in Pilates, Yoga, Meditation and other wellness modalities, Celia has led classes, workshops, teacher trainings and retreats all around the US, Europe, Mexico and the Caribbean.
