Each day begins with a dynamic yoga-pilates practice to wake your body, invite clarity, and set the tone for the day. Afternoons are yours to explore the Aegean coastline, swim in the clear waters, wander the landscape, read, or indulge in a massage. Evenings move at a different pace, with restorative practice, long-held postures, breathwork, and journaling to help your nervous system settle and your thoughts quiet.
